Terms and Conditions for Children's and Young Artists Class
All parent/guardians must:
- Complete a Contact Information form for their child at the beginning of their first class unless completed online.
- Inform us when any of this information changes.
- Declare all medical conditions during registration and keep us up-to-date by email, should this change.
- Declare if you do not want your child to be photographed for marketing use, and keep us up-to-date by email,should this change.
Block booking must be completed before arrival at the class.
- This can be done via our booking website, we will send you a link to this website in advance of each block.
- Payment can be made at any point before the block starts.
Cancellation:
- You will not be refunded for non-attendance of individual classes throughout the block.
- If you wish to cancel the full block you have up until 48 hours before the block starts and a full refund will be issued.
- If any sessions are cancelled by D2 The Creative Centre, due to bad weather etc, we will offer a make-up session, or parents will be refunded.
- Children are automatically enrolled into the next block to ensure their place is not lost, if you do not wish to continue please let us know at the end of their current block.
Covid 19:
- If you feel unwell or experience any symptoms of COVID 19, please do not attend classes and contact us immediately.
If you decide not to return after a block for any reason, we would appreciate if you could let us know via email. On average we have 10+ children on the waiting list for each class and would like to offer your place to another child if you will not be returning.
